No assistance

I called the customer services line numerous times and no one could help me. I need a letter stating that my personal loan that was made in the year 2006 has been paid as I now have a judgement against my name and its keeping me from getting a job. The times I called I held on the line for over a hour. I also went to the Cape Town branch and they also tried calling with no success. The Nedbank branch advised my account is closed I called ITC and they said they need a letter in order for the judgement to be removed. Can someone please help me get the letter.
