No assistance

Been to Nedbank Vaal Mall to fica. Went back to collect my credit card and was supposed to be activated in 15min. Two hours later I still could not use my card. Phoned the activation department for assistance I was transferred to 5 different consultants with no luck. After 18 minutes of being transfered from one to the other I'm Stull not assisted. NEDBANK WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. I took will take my home loan to Fnb or any other but never to Nedbank. Very disappointed.
