No Assistance

Good day i have a Personal loan account with Nedbank, unforseen circumstances prevented me from paying my loan, eventually my account was handed over to Maritz Attorneys, i tried making suitable payment arrangements with them but they are not co operative towards me, i have been served with a section S129 letter, in the letter it gives me a few options to make suitable payment arrangements and also an option to contact Nedbank Legal devision to try and re instate my account and make a syitable arrangement, i have been given a few numbers to call Nedbank but some numbers are not working and others just send me from one devision to the other, i cant seem to speak to the correct department at Nedbank, i want to co operate and arrange a suirable payment plan with Nedbank but no one is of assistance, my contact number is *** if anyone can assist me ? I am more than willing to pay my due's why am i been trated so horrible with your Lawyers especially Sannette Prinsloo at Maritz Attorneys who just not wants to assist.
