no assistance

Two months ago i wanted to buy house and found judgement on my name because of my ex husband the collections legal dept confirmed the acc was paid and he owes 10000 only and they will send letter to experian i left it then and to my dismay today found nothing was done ob monday my appl for bond is going to be submitted i phoned today after holding for 37 minutes was told to send email to judgementrelatedapplications it will take them 3 to 7 days to get back to me then another 7 days for experian so what will happen on monday when i apply for loan is nedbank going to assist it is one of your repo houses i want the letter monday and my name cleared monday it can not take 2 months ti sort out will you take this in consideration when i apply for a new bond monday
