No assistance

I canceled our Nedbank Homeloan Insurance in writing, and they keep deducting the premiums, I have contacted them again twice and even went to the bank who also lodged a query but without success - they keep deducting premiums and Nedbank says that they are not allowed to reverse the amounts. Please can someone assist and refund the premiums that have been deducted after my cancellation?
