No arrangements make for the date I gave instead they do their own dates

Yoh mohau ai never again Nedbank is not par with their collections department aibo.In July i spoke a consultant gave clear instructions to debit my acc on the 19 Aug yoh what I nightmare they went to my acc on the 18 Aug Jehova there was no funds I have to pay bank charges again made and arrangements with Nedbank because of them i am in arrears Nedbank has audacity to abuse with sms yet it's their **** fault .I called on the 16 Oct advised I will make an arrangement to pay R1000 on the 03 of each month beginning Nov to cover the arrears I have thanks to Nedbank I just received an sms saying I didn't pay my arrangements what the hell did do an arrangements with collections agent who didn't listen to clear instructions I have pay a set of bank charges again call today spoke to Mpho ai yeka she says they keep tracking money on my account why do that when I called I made an arrangements it's pure MADNESS I got why go to my account when there is no funds.I asked Mpho who didn't acknowledge that her /his colleague did a **** up now I must suffer stress because of them no I refuse if they cannot be able to listen to clear instructions what is the point of making an arrangements no answer she went mute instead she's answering what I didn't ask Thixo buya baba Nedbank is not giving the service its just give me headache because I am close to finish the loan wuuuu ngeke,I refuse to pay bank charges they will give me my money back.I then asked Mpho to confirm they received the payment she said yes then why are you abusing me with sms yet I made an arrangements to pay arrears why still go to my account why please make me understand why because you have failed numerous times to do the right thing wuuuu going to my acc on wrong dates ei Nedbank don't bull **** me not now not ever get your ducks in line.Nedbank is depression on its own.
