No answer from Nedbank about my application

I have app**** for a credit card from NedBank on the 8th and on the 10th I get the sms that I am provisionally accepted I send through 3 months Bank statements, 3 months Payslips, Name Surname and copy of my ID. I phone them they cannot give me an update a week later on the 14th which is today we then escalate it and I have a reference number this morning when I phoned on the 15th still no answer to what is happening with my credit card application. Please can someone assist me today. I need to pay for my moms medical bills and that is why I app**** for the Credit card it is super urgent to get this sorted.
