NO ANSWER FOR 2 DAYS

I have been calling Nebank Admin Department for the past 2 days so that they can send me settlement letters so that i can pay them off, but they never answer the phone, this is the worst bank i tell you, I NEED THE SETTLEMENT LETTERS
