No answer

I noticed that there was money deducted from my bank account on three different occasions and went to my branch to inquire about it. They told me that it is my personal loan that was deducted, but this loan was handed over to TJ Maodi Inc, who has sent me threatening SMS's. My financial situation will be improving soon and I will be able to make payments again. I tried to phone ***0 and was kept on hold for over 20 minutes of which I was number 2 in the line for about 15 minutes. <br> <br> I want to know why money was taken (R 372.20 twice and R 110.90 once) without my consent.
