no adjustment on interest rate for a personal loan

I logged a query with nedbank as the interest rate on my person loan was not adjusted when the interest rate was reduced in January this year. I have been paying the same throughout and i see the interest rate was reduced again today. Wondering if my account will again not be adjusted. The person that assisted me was suppose o get back to me but until today i did not get s reponse
