No access to online banking for over a week.

I have now been battling to get into my online net bank banking app for a week. Been to my personal banker twice without us having tge problem solved. Reported it to their it dept Friday, not working still, and jyst heard they've not even attended to our problem logged. What the heck is going on???? Anyone else without access?
