I am very disappointed with Nedbank. I closed my credit card in 2021 and got a letter to confirm the closure. A year later I got threatening msgs from NRR that I have not been paying the cr card. I tried to follow up with them but even today they are unable to provide an answer they are just sending me from pillar to post. This affects my credit record
