New ways to charge you for banking with a bank!

Nedbank has once again managed to take money from me for banking with them. This time for a SASWITCH fee, I don't know why I must pay for this it was not one of the benefits they promised when I opened my account. I truly dislike this bank and have made it a new years resolution to close my account with them!
