NEW TICKET SYSTEM

I was at the branch to collect my New Card today and was sitting in the waiting area for 56minutes waiting to be helped as about 10 people that came in after me was helped as this is ridiculous to wait just to collect something... then I was told the lady is busy and don't tell me that there is only one person that handles card collections... I had to leave as my lunch time is only so long and now I am sitting without a card<br> <br> Think this is absolutely the worst service that I have ever received making clients wait for so long for something as simple as collecting a card
