New Payment Processes not Notified to me.

In order to make international payments and to receive incoming funds there is a new processing requirement. There has been no communication to me about why and under what legislation these requirements have been implemented that has been sent to me. Trying to get informed input on this especially as it also impacts my foreign accounts is very difficult. Poor show. If it stamps out *******ion great but please keep us informed.
