New online banking site

I'm sorry, but I hate this. It feels ridiculously bloated and takes ages to load.

I cannot see my recipients in a nice compact list anymore and have to scroll and scroll down to find each one. Yes, I can search by letter, but just now I couldn't remember exactly what I'd called one... Previously, I'd choose "multiple recipients" and could see them pretty much all at once, and just add my payments really rapidly.

As for statements, the previous statements could just be printed out; now I have to download them first. Also, the previous statements were numbered, and I could choose "previous" or "next" or statement number. Fast and easy. ALSO, my previous printouts were simple and clean; now I have this ink guzzling logo, bunch of info that I didn't ask for, also in HUGE ink guzzling format - almost a whole page's worth, before I even get to the info I want.

This is just from a quick tour of the site; Lord knows what else I'm about to discover.
