I went to the branch on friday 17 August 2018 with a copy of my ID document, proof of my residence and R300.00 cash to deposit to open the account as requested.
The "so called business account" was then opened on friday 17 August 2018. I was contacted in the following week via sms and informed that my bank card are at the branch for collection. The collection point is Glen Acres in Kempton Park, Gauteng.
My hard copy proof of residence that I've handed in on 17 August 2018 clearly indicated my address as Melkbosstrand in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Till date I never had any access to this account. I went to the Table View branch on saturday 1 September 2018 and the branch manager could not even got my temporary card that was then issued on that morning to work or register at the external ATM. He promised to contact me and till date I never heard anything from Nedbank again. Just received sms's to collect my card in Gauteng.
Now, Nedbank used my R300,00 cash for absolutely NO SERVICE and send me sms's now that my account is in arrears.

Morning Desire,
I still did not get any feedback from Nedbank regarding the account that I’ve opened. I am sure by now there was banking costs that went off.
As per my email send on 6 September 2018, I have ask that Nedbank pay me the R300,00 deposit back and still did not hear anything.
I await your urgent response.
Seriously, you took my cash for nothing and threaten me for an account in arrears.
Your services really sucks
