New made up fees

Let me start off to say , those in the call centres of Nedbank offer excellent service in explaining the fee when I called in to aquire.

The problem I have is a sudden charge of fees that started January. With no notification of the extra charge. Just deciding to add extra fee's and letting the poor call centre agents take the brunt of the angry calls while you Nedbank hide behind your corporate branding and apparent legal entitlement.

Bellow you can see the normal servise and vat fee charged on you credit card.

13/01/2017 - SERVICE FEE* -R26.32
13/01/2017 - VAT ON FEE -R3.68

January you added:

24/01/2017 - CREDIT FACILITY FEE * -R11.40
24/01/2017 - VAT ON FEE -R1.60

Marrch you just decided to take off greenbacks after it was clearly cancled last year November 2016

13/03/2017 - GB LINKAGE FEE -R16.67
13/03/2017 - VAT ON FEE -R2.33

Total Fees for March : R62.00

Now tell me why should I stay a loyal customer if you just thumb suck fees to charge that were not there before. Your competitors surly wont do this and definitly will charge less.

Capitec : R50

Discovery : R55

Woolworths : R33

Virgin credit: None

FNB : R33

Absa : R42

NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!
