New level of Poor service

Good Evening

I have a business and need support from my banker from time to time. Nedbank is so poor that they simply just ignore you doesn't matter what.

I tried contacting my banker via the app, phone, filed complaints, making use of the app chat. After filing another complaint, nobody even bother to call me. No emails absolutely nothing, I tried calling to follow up on the complaint reference number and held on for more than 16 min before I decided to cut the call when nobody answered.

If someone from Nedbank phones me it will probably be for something they will benefit from.

Extremely poor service.
