New Internet Banking app Pathetic

I cannot believe the service I am receiving from Nedbank.....I have been a client for donkies years....firstly I have not been refunded for airtime I bought last year June 2020.......and now the new Internet banking....I cannot register .....I have NO access to my account!!!!..I have been to the branch three times ....and no one can help me..... Nedbank promised to phone me in 48 hours....and 48 hours has come and gone....I don’t know what to do
