New Home with Nedbank

My partner and I are in the process of applying for a home loan and have been in contact with all of the main banks. The service received from Nedbank has been far superior to all of the others in comparison. From the start of the online application process where you are advised on each step of the way and the online portal UI is seamless to the professional, prompt and comprehensive communication from their representatives, we have really felt well looked after and confident that they were looking out for our best interests. We have not yet opted to go with them, but are leaning heavily towards them based on our excellent customer experience alone.
