New home loan

I bought a house that you financed and when I moved in and wanted to register the services (Rates and taxes) with City of Johannesburg I was told that my electricity is *******ly connected. In the past i had asked you to withhold their money and you refused and now I have City Power contractors who want to switch off my lights. I could have avoided this matter because they would take my matter serious when they are not paid.
