New client struggling to get assistance - disappointed

after moving to Nedbank as my main bank , I am left with so much issues , I regret the move . how is a bank so unprofessional and how can it be so difficult linking a cellphone number to ensure I have internet banking , I am struggling now for several days and still not assisted . How do I get assistance and who must I speak to ? because the complaints line dont even work !!!!
