New Cheque account opened telephonically with Amanda Sibiya

I opened an account with nedbak telephonically now they are telling me there is a technical error from last week even now it's not resolved I don't have access to the new account I opened I am getting paid tomorrow yet I have no access to the account how will I make any transactions. Why give us salty switch letter if there are issues I am so frustrated
