New banking website broken on ChromeOS

On 24th September I emailed Nedbank but have not had a response from them. I cannot access the new banking website using ChromeOS which is installed on my laptop. The old site works fine but we are being forced to change to the new site. When I try to access it I get a message regarding maintenance which is ******* as it works on a Windows-based computer just fine.
