New bank cards were delivered to a branch which were not selected, without any notification from Nedbank

New bank cards were delivered to a branch which were not selected, without any notification from Nedbank. I had to contact the private banker to have them delivered to my preferred branch but before the cards were delivered and I could accept them my current bank cards were blocked without any reason. And the private banker is not very helpful
