New Bank account with nedbank

Nedbank been wasting alot of my time. Twice visited bank branch and alot of times phoned them and tried on app as well to ope n a new account. After completing whole process every time next day I am getting a rejection email. I am struggling to understand that nedbank approved my bond but not wanting to open my bank account. Seems like people are inconpete t on the account activation department and for wrong reasons keep on rejecting my new and account application.
