New account blocked due to incompetence

We opened a new savings account for our motorcycle club. This was a huge mission as we had to go back to the bank several times because the consultant did not know what she was doing. Eventually, the account was opened and we could deposit money.

Two weeks later we received a call from someone at their FICA department claiming that we need to submit our proof of residence or the account will be blocked. I went to enquiries which in turn said they would sort it out and call me with feedback, of course, that call never came.

Eventually, the account was blocked. I went back again and was told that they don't know why but will investigate and come back to me.....nothing happened.

Again I went back to the bank to try and get this resolved, another week has passed and the account is still frozen.

Could someone that actually knows what's going on please call me and assist?
