Never Use Nedbank for Funeral Cover

I have had 2 funeral policies with Nedbank for almost 10 years. I never receive a statement or update. I pay R500 per month without fail.

Then I get threatening sms's that my cover is unpaid.

I have now been waiting more than a month for a reply to my emails.

Give my money back and I will look for other policies.
