Never take finance from Nedbank

Never take any form of financing from Nedbank. My account is up to date but I am handed over to attorney for collections. I called them and spoke to one Nontobeko who informs me that she does not have access to the account. i call the personal loans department they say the account is not handed over. It is a Circus bank they should call themselves madbank once and for all.
