NEVER take a homeloan with Nedbank, harassing when I am up to date

Once again Nedbank is harassing me continuously for payments that has been made on time already. We are getting at least 5 calls a day from people who are completely ******** of the purpose of their call. I regret so much having homeloans with Nedbank. I should have moved it a long time ago. I will be submitting my case to the ombudsman for investigation because I think the bank are purposely calling in order to raise "legal fees" on the account. Someone is probably gaining from this malicious harassment. I will be sending a detailed email to Jason Heywood and Mike Brown, outlining exactly how Nedbank and it's agents has been harassing us for accounts that are up to date.
