Never take a credit card with Nedbank- the biggest mistake

Nedbanknis the worst bank to bank with and have a credit card. It is my second time applying for a credit limit increase and they always get my application wrong and I always have flight to get all the information correct. This is the worst service I have received and everyday when I call they keep on saying. We will call you back and they never do. And to think they want to convince me to change my bank account and have my salary paid with Nedbank, not a hell. Please train your Consultant to do their job correctly coz it costs your clients costly and doing additional ITC checks, please train them on Fais regulations as well. I am done with Nedbank, won't do any business with you.
