Never invest with Nedbank - your next of kin will regret it

I am astounded. I am trying to wind up an estate and requested Nedbank to close investment accounts of the deceased in May of this year. It is now nearing the end of September. I am not able to elicit any response from the deceased estates department and/or Nedbank's complaints department. I have even gone as far as lodging a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman and their is still no response. Over R 2 million is involved and no one can assist. You can only communicate with the deceased estates department by email and they do not respond. Even their complaints department cannot contact them telephonically.
