Never have your last will and testament with Nedbank!

We have been dealing with Nedbank Trust on my Brothers estate. This experience is something that no family should experience. We are now 2 years in and still struggling to get the estate finalised. The only saving grace on our side is that the funds were not urgently required. Any family who is looking to have the estate of a loved one administered effectively should not go near Nedbank. The amount of correspondence that goes unanswered is simply unacceptable. The service levels are poor and the arrogance from management is baffling. How this company remains in business can only be as a result of incompetence at the master of the high court as they also don't respond to any complaints. If you have a will with Nedbank, change it as a matter of urgency.
