Never ever,ever move to Nedbank. I did - big mistake.

I have been battling with Nedbank regarding recall application for a Month now. On the 7the Oct I sent recall form to department for incorrect payment to Telkom, After talking to 3 different people , 8 corresponding mails for a month, and proper instructions on sending recall form to create a reference. The recall dept. decline because they don't do recall from SARS,TELKOM, Edgars......etc Why didn't any of the consultants told me from beginning, they can't recall from Telkom.
