Never ending problems!!!!!!!!

This is the reason why I don't bank with Nedbank any longer. Your service SUCKS! In the branch and on the phone (Call center). How can I be on hold for over and hour and be sent from pillar to post to inquire about money I owe you, my loan account. I cannot understand how poor your customer service is, REALLY! I want to finish my loan because I cannot be paying a loan for the rest of my life and the installments are only paying for the interest ***. Your interest rate makes no sense to as I am paying back 150% of the loan amount........ HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW I AM PAYING BACK A LOAN OF 150%!!!!!! I need answers ASAP! This can no longer carry on like this.
