Never ending Loan from Nedbank

I took loan with Nedbank in Dec 2019, for R 6 154.00, as I write this complain, my balance is R 5 746.034, after paying for 15 months, loan term of 46 months, not in arrears, holiday payment taken out and other months i was doubled deducted. I find this frustrating and from such institution.
