Never buy prepaid electricity online from Nedbank

Never buy electricity prepaid vouchers from Nedbank. They never send you the voucher. You get confirmation that you bought electricity but they dont send you the token.

When you phone them they tell you it will take 3 to 4 days for them to figure out why because the problem sit either municipality.

What's the point of buying electricity online if you dont get a voucher. The ap does not give you any information either Neither does their prompt *120*100#

You can request for a resend of voucher. And even still, You will not get your voucher.

Unbelieveable dissatisfying service! I've been into the bank, I've contacted them on Twitter? I've called them and no one can give you a voucher.
