Never bothered to call back

Receive a statement for an account I cannot open Phones ***twice at around 15:35 Got cut off fist time. Ask the gentleman I spoke to if he would call me back if I got gut off as I got cut off the first time when they asked me to authenticate on my phone. He said he would and took my number. I got cut off and he never phoned back. What a shame.
