Never been this disappointed

in the last week I have transferred money from my savings account to my cheque account about 4 times, in all instances when I check my account, its negative. because of the debits that go off late and I get charged for an Honouring fee for a debit that went off already, what I am I honouring. please this cannot go any longer as I cant do finance planning. I chose this bank because I didn't want any drama. now I am getting this.
