never answer their phones!

I have been trying for two weeks to get to speak to someone but no one ever answers their phones. I keep getting put through on the switch board but then sit for an hour like an idiot waiting for them to pick up ... which they never do!<br> This is frustrating as matters need to be dealt with and this is just shocking business Ethics.
