Never again.

I am so dissapointed in the service I received from Nedbank. This morning I called their call centre and they told me I can releace an investment and the guy told me I can go to the bank and they will assist me at a penalty fee... When I got to the bank they told me that I can only release it if I have an emergency. This level of unprofessional service goes beyond me. I mean I used time and money to go to the branch not to mention the money for calling. Just to walk out of the bank dissapointed and frustrated. I wanted to close this account last month already and they told me that they dont close accounts during 25 and the 7th so this month I have to pay extra bank charges and use money to close this account. The level of Frustration is unbearable.
