Never able to buy prepaid Electricity

It’s such a useless option to try and rely on buying prepaid electricity from any NedBank channel, either via the app, website or mobile site. Everytime the option bring last a prompt that ‘101 vending is not allowed’ my question is why have an product for your clients but it’s never reliable? Rather not put it there at all as it’s a waste of time and effort trying to buy electricity from you.
