NetBank Still Owes Me Money From 2016

I've been trying trying to get my money from a 32days notice account at NetBank since 2016. I've followed all the right procedure and even reported the issue to the banking Ombudsman but I have still not received any help.NetBank has not returned my funds or properly explained what happened to them .I need NetBank to take accountability and resolve this metter.
