Netbank register my ID on ***** without investigat

From May this year until now I got problem with my bank capitec. Where my money disappear every month. When I report to capitec they found there are people who debit my money called direct loan. Capitec reverse it and do stop payment. But they will pass through stop payment and take it. I google this direct loan. Then I got it. I publish it here on hellopeter. They respond and say is not them. The re direct axis. I decide to open new account at FNB because capitec failed to secure my account. When I arrived FNB I realize my ID is resisted on ***** by netbank. I want netbank to call at call center. One of lady refer me to Merice. When I call her on Monday told me she will call me on Tuesday. She never call. By wensday I call her again. She refer me to David Makula. I call him different people Keep me on hold. I call Merice again. She give me Durban num when I call it they refer me to Madelaine freeman. I try her but no answer. I don't understand why Netbank register me to the ***** without investigating. Worse Netbank got all my details as am a client there. I can't deposit a money to my capitec as I share this ACC with some one. Am going to wendy norllar also to the media to repo
