Netbank not willing to fix their issues

Good day I am so disappointed in netbank service this is why. In 2015 I have change my surname and I have follow all the legal steps to change the detail. We now in 2020 and my account is on the new surname and my statement is on the old I cant open a account due to the miss information. I have been trying to ask Netbank to change the details but I need to go in to the brunch for them to fix the fault they have on their system. I will not go becouse I have followed the steps in 2015. I am thinking about closing all my accounts and not doing any business with them ever again
