NETBANK NOT THE BANK FOR ME
In April/May I paid my account via internet banking but didn't put in any reference numbers. Yes it was my mistake but R1800 isn't money that's laying around. I've worked my ass off for.
Now I've gone to the bank and filled in refund papers and emailed my query as well. To no avail nobody has tried to contact me. They keep giving me email addresses that actually doesn't work or their mailbox is full. I just want a refund or for them to allocate the funds to my name.
