Netbank MFC ***********

I am amazed how *********** the members at Netbank mfc are. When a client payed for a car months ago and they cannot complete the paperwork so the client now sit with an unlicensed vehicle unable to renew licence due to the pathetic service from Netbank. How many times must the paperwork be sent and then you tell the client the *********** member dealing with the paperwork was on the desk not knowing what to do. I am pretty sure this is a **** from netbank, pathetic service from the entire netbank team. Astonished about the lack of knowledge, you have one job, yet no idea what to do. PATHETIC! Its been two months that the client sits without a vehicle, every 2nd email they ask the same questions as the previous, paperwork was sent 10x yet they still cannot finish the work. Be very careful working with MFC
