Netbank is unprofessional

The consultants of netbank are so unprofessional.. I've been trying to get help with my home installment to be a fixed one cause we are all affected by the interest rates but they play soccer with me, some lady there on the call transferred me to some department without telling me. Their calls just go on mute or hold I don't know . I regret using this bank with everything in me. I've never experienced such problems with other banks.. With this recession in our country we don't need so much frustration and unprofessional consultants.
