Netbank ***** department

My grandmother logged a case with the ***** department more than 6 weeks ago and she is not receiving any updates of where the investigation is going. I have been phoning the ***** department on behalf of my grandmother since 8:30 am and not one of the investigators is answering any calls.

This is very bad service and no one is assisting my grandmother or me who is trying to assist her in this matter.
